We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours (subject to technology!).

The terms for our bookings are: -

• verbal bookings will be held for 24 hours
• to secure a booking we require a credit card and contact telephone number
• payment can be made by Cash or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard, please note that AMEX is NOT accepted)
• all prices are inclusive of VAT

Arrival times are between 12:00 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 23:00.

We ask that guests vacate the room before 10:30 on the day of departure to allow us time to prepare the rooms.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A charge will be made for smoking damage to the accommodation or fittings.

Our cancellation policy is that we will require full payment if cancellation is made within 3 days of the confirmed booking.
